For cancellation made one week before the training, we would ask you to send a substitute, otherwise we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the previous day and the day of the seminar will be fully charged.

Target audience: 

The training is designed for team leaders and managers, also for those preparing to step into managerial roles.

Training objectives:

The training will help recognise major drivers of team engagement and motivation, including remote interactions. You will learn how to build & maintain trust among your team in both face-to-face and remote context. You will discover how to raise team awareness, practice techniques to reduce stress and increase sense of trust among your employees. It will help you to become a better manager in the increasingly complex work environment, where trust and motivation are critical success and performance drivers.

Methodology:

Combination of interactive online lecture & practical excercises. 

About the trainer:

The training will be delivered by Koaru Okada, founder of OKADA Expert and Coach. Kaoru is a certified global executive coach and trainer with more than 30 years of comprehensive operational experience in 4 continents, delivering unique support to women and men of a dozen nationalities in Japanese, French and English languages. Among her clients are organisations such as the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the OECD, Renault-Nissan Group, Shiseido Company or the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
