Information and New Technologies Committee
The French Chamber's Information and New Technologies Committee is thrilled to invite you to a free private tour of the highly secured factory of TES in Hashimoto.
In this changing world, we are seeing more and more global litigation trends resulting from confidential data leakage. There is no immunity for company directors and board members when confidential data is exposed to the public. And since times are changing, lawyers gravitate towards attacking both the company and its directors as individuals.
In consequence, data sanitization has become a priority for Japanese companies’ directors or board members over the last two years. Management must be well informed so as not to be accused of gross negligence regarding their IT asset management processes.
While visiting TES' factory, you will be shown and explained their highly secured data destruction processes including secure hard disk mobile shredding, data erasure, and degaussing.
This will be followed by a 30 minutes long conference on why many Japanese companies are not up to date on new and pending legislation in Japan regarding confidential information and data security.
Finally, all questions regarding how to protect your company as well as yourself from lawsuits related to data leakage and IT asset management will be answered.
This seminar is particularly targeted at company directors and board members.
