Adjunct Professor of Hitotsubashi University Graduate School (ICS); Founder & CEO, Institution for a Global Society (IGS)
Author of the book “AI and Big Data will change HR” (Asahi Shimbun Press, Jan. 2016) Masahiro Fukuhara will give an overview of the impact of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data on human resources activities in organizations. He will also give examples of its applications on recruitment process, organization research (internal evaluation, diagnosis) and how this can lead to innovation.
Mr. Toyohiro MATSUDA
Founder & CEO, HRD Universe PTE.LTD.
Toyohiro MATSUDA will talk about his rich experience as National HRD Manager, Regional Head of HRD, and Global Head of HRD at Mitsubishi Corporation and will share his experience on new graduates and mid-career recruitment in Japan and how new technologies can facilitate the selection process. Later, he will focus on the recruitment issue for foreign businesses in Japan.
