Breakfast with Emmanuel Lulin, Senior Vice President & Chief Ethics Officer at L'Oréal
The French Chamber is pleased to invite you to a conference on the importance of corporate ethics and social responsibility, conducted by L’ORÉAL, a company recognized in 2017 for the 8th time as one of the « World’s Most Ethical Companies » by the Ethisphere Institute.
Emmanuel Lulin, SVP & Chief Ethics Officer of L'ORÉAL Group Worldwide, who is currently visiting Japan for only a few days, will discuss why companies with the right culture of integrity are worth substantially more than companies with a weak culture of integrity as well as the challenges of the future such as big data.
The conference will be followed by a Q&A session.

About the speaker
Emmanuel joined L’ORÉAL in 1999 as Group General Counsel for Human Resources and was appointed Chief Ethics Officer in 2007. He is a Director of the Ethics Resource Center (Washington DC), Chair of the Global Council on Business Conduct (New York), and member of the MEDEF (French Employers’ Association) Ethics Committee.
Emmanuel represents L’ORÉAL in a number of international organizations including U.N. Global Compact, U.N. Women and the Institute of Business Ethics (London). Initiator of the first Master in Business Law and Ethics in France, he is also a member of scientific committees of universities or periodicals dedicated to business ethics and regularly teaches at Stanford, Sciences-Po Paris, CEDEP and EDHEC.
In 2012 and 2014, he was recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as a “Top Ethics & Compliance Officer”. In the following year, he received the Carol R. Marshall Award for Innovation in Corporate Ethics from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI).
