Most of us are involved in interviewing candidates at some point of the recruitment process: Human Resources of course, but also line/department managers, project managers and future collaborators. Yet interviewing is a lot trickier than it looks: beyond what the candidates tell you about their professional achievements and what you can sense about their communication/behavior style, how do you assess if they will be successful in your organization - and avoid hiring mistakes? Moreover, in the battle for talent that we now observe in Japan, how do you convince the good candidates to come working for you?
Based on a mix of lecture and role-playing, this training is designed for anyone who wishes to improve their interview skills to identify competencies that best match their organization and hire the best candidates. The program will be delivered in English by Mr. Justin Hollingworth of People Focus Consulting.
