Most of us are involved in interviewing candidates at some point of the recruitment process: Human Resources of course, but also line/department managers, project managers and future collaborators. Yet interviewing is a lot trickier than it looks: beyond what the candidates tell you about their professional achievements and what you can sense about their communication/behavior style, how do you assess if they will be successful in your organization - and avoid hiring mistakes? Moreover, in the battle for talent that we now observe in Japan, how do you convince the good candidates to come working for you?
Based on a mix of lecture and role-playing, this training is designed for anyone who wishes to improve their interview skills to identify competencies that best match their organization and hire the best candidates.
