The CCI France Japon is proud to announce our new luncheon in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ). Meet IHG/ANA Hotels Group Japan CEO Hans Heijligers, during a conversation on Monday, June 25, at the Tokyo American Club.
What does it take to lead Japan’s largest hotel management company? What does it take to successfully execute rapid business expansion while enhancing profitability and maintaining integrity of a business model, all in the midst of a labor shortage? What is the future of tourism in Japan and why is it important to your business right now, even if you are not in tourism or hospitality? Is there anything that a Western company could possibly teach the Japanese about hospitality and customer service, or is it rather a Western company that has a thing or two to learn from the Japanese?
If you would like to know the answers to these questions and more, come ask IHG/ANA Hotels Group Japan CEO Hans Heijligers. You may never have heard of IHG, but IHG has probably heard of you if you have ever stayed at any Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, or any of the other thirteen hotel brands under IHG management.
If you are a manager involved in any kind of Japan market expansion or development, or a leader looking to transform his or her own business and staff, this is an event not to be missed.
