Cécile Béliot, 47, is the first woman to lead the Bel Group. She is the embodiment of a generation of leaders committed to inventing the future of the food industry. After 17 years at Danone, where she gained extensive international experience, Cécile Béliot joined the Bel Group in 2019 as Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy, Worldwide Markets and Growth. Becoming CEO in May 2022, she is now furthering Bel’s transformation, to which she has strongly contributed since her arrival, in line with the Group’s ambition to become a leader in healthy snacking through 3 territories - dairy, fruit and plantbased - and its sustainable and responsible growth model.
