Dîner Gourmand Prestige: An Exceptional Soirée with Pierre Zéro

Rediscover dealcoholized wine through a unique food and Pierre Zéro pairing experience!

The CCI France Japan and BONJOUR FRANCE will host the Dîner Gourmand Prestige on July 15, 2026, at Chez Olivier restaurant, in collaboration with Mottox Inc.. The evening will be held in the presence of Mathilde BOULACHIN, CEO of Maison Chavin and founder of Pierre Zéro, the pioneering dealcoholized wine brand and current market leader in Japan.

Guests will enjoy an exclusive menu created by Chef Olivier ODDOS, owner and chef of Chez Olivier, with each course carefully paired with a selection of Pierre Zéro dealcoholized wines. Still a rare concept in Japan, this dining experience will showcase a new approach to food and wine pairing, combining French gastronomy with a welcoming atmosphere for networking and business exchanges.

Originally from the Champagne region of France, Mathilde BOULACHIN created Pierre Zéro with the ambition of making the wine experience accessible to everyone. The dinner will take place at Chez Olivier, one of Tokyo's leading French restaurants, where Chef Olivier ODDOS has been serving authentic French cuisine for the past 17 years, highlighting seasonal ingredients and exceptional savoir-faire.
