Another success for wines from the Mâconnais region

In June 2018, Richard Martin traveled to Japan as part of a prospecting mission to meet six companies, including Ringbell, which is partly specialized in wine imports. On this occasion, he represented the two estates managed by SAS Richard and Stéphane Martin.

In October 2018, following four months of serious and regular exchanges, Domaine du Mont Épin was able to ship its first order to the Japanese importer, who selected the Viré Clessé 2016 from Domaine du Mont Épin, as well as the Saint Véran Sur la Carrière 2017 and the Pouilly Fuissé 2017 from Domaine de la Croix Senaillet.

“These are ambitious cuvées, already charming, elegant, intense, and fresh. These vintages are the result of harvests carried out under ideal sanitary conditions. Vibrant, the wines are true expressions of their terroirs,” Richard Martin tells us.
