Recap of the Chandeleur Celebration at the Kansai Office

On February 3, 2026, our traditional Chandeleur buffet was held at the Dōjima Avanza office, bringing together 32 participants, a record attendance for this event. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the evening continued well beyond the scheduled time, reflecting the strong enthusiasm of the participants.

A wide variety of crêpes was prepared by the Kansai office team for the great enjoyment of the guests.

The menu featured savory crêpes with ham and pickles, ham and cheese, and salmon with white sauce and dill, as well as sweet crêpes with chocolate, sugar, and strawberry jam. As is tradition, the dishes were accompanied by a selection of brut and sweet cider, along with several non-alcoholic beverages.

The evening unfolded in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, marked by business card exchanges and informal conversations. The last guests stayed late into the evening to finish the dishes and continue their discussions, highlighting the strong sense of camaraderie within the Kansai business community.
