For cancellation made one week before the training, we would ask you to send a substitute, otherwise we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the previous day and the day of the seminar will be fully charged.
CCIFJ is reserving the right to cancel or shift to another appropriate date if the minimum number of registrants is not satisfied.

This training will help you learn practical formal & informal business English for conversations, phone calls and emails.

Target participants

Anyone who wishes to acquire the basics and key points of Business English communication for conversations, phone calls and emails. The required English level is B1-B2.

Objectives

The training  will help you learn practical formal & informal business English for conversations, phone calls and emails. You will develop communication with colleagues vs clients and you will learn polite expressions vs informal business jargon. You will learn how to communicate clearly and with confidence and how to excel in formal & informal presentations of your company and your job. You will practice meetings in English with colleagues vs clients and learn necessary business expressions.

It consists of 2 training sessions, in total 3h:

  • 18th June, 4:00-5:30pm
  • 19th June, 4:00-5:30pm

Methodology

Online training mixing both lecture and practical exercises.

About the trainer

Since 1997, Langues du Monde has been helping its clients to overcome challenges associated with intercultural communication. Working exclusively with corporations, they help international employees, managers and their teams to improve English communication.

Your trainer, Amy is UK born and has lived and gained invaluable multicultural experience in many countries including Japan, Germany, Belgium and France.  Amy has a BSc degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton, UK. Throughout her business career at EVCA, the Strategic Rail Authority and two global PR consultancies (Edelman and Hill & Knowlton). Amy is today an expert in communication, media and private equity. Amy joined Les Langues du Monde in 2013 and coaches executives of all language levels, and from multiple sectors such as finance, luxury, energy, media. Amy’s expertise helps business people to communicate in English working in an international, multicultural environment with clarity, fluency and confidence!
