During this training you will learn meeting facilitation, which enables people of all backgrounds, skills, and positions to gather and share ideas in order to generate high quality outputs. You will discover how to effectively lead & manage meeting facilitation process in practice. You will also learn how to nurture & strengthen a sense of ownership and deal with unexpected circumstances during meetings. Lastly, you will practice activating & streamlining discussions to ensure high outputs and explore how to enhance & maintain an effective dialogue & stimulating exchange during the meeting.
