Gala Tokyo 2023
The CCI France Japon had the pleasure welcoming the Paris Region, Choose Paris Region, and the CCI Paris Ile de France to the Gala Tokyo Dinner on 9 November at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa.
During this visit, many meetings & encounters took place.
On top of that, four Michelin-starred chefs, Nicolas Beaumann (Maison Rostang), Erwan Ledru (Restaurant Contraste), Matthias Marc (Restaurant Substance), and Tom Meyer (Restaurant Granite), all coordinated by Stéphane Manigold, founder of the Eclore Group, prepared exceptional menus and came to Japan to offer two gastronomic evenings, with the one in Tokyo gathering 819 guests.
During these evenings, our guests also had the chance to experience the exceptional performance by the famous singer Elsa Esnoult, who came all the way from France for the occasion.
