Women In Business Program 2026

CCIFJ is pleased to introduce its 6th edition of the Women In Business Program tailored for women in the Japanese business environment who are aspiring to or are already in management positions.

We offer a unique opportunity for organizations in Japan to become truly inclusive, help talented woman grow & accelerate their leadership skills.

This 7-day program aims to help talented women grow, accelerate their careers and strengthen participants with the following skills & knowledge:

Enhance leadership skills and strategic thinking needed to achieve results and overcome challenges unique to women leaders
Learn how to build and enhance their credibility across an organization
Develop a strong personal mission that enhances their career and resilience as a leader

The learning modules will provide practical professional skills, and will help to develop an exclusive business network.

The program will be delivered in Japanese by professors from GLOBIS Corporation in Tokyo, the largest business graduate school in Japan, alongside selected CCIFJ training partners.

A certificate will be delivered by GLOBIS upon program completion.
