agnès b. and Tara, a 20 years success story dedicated to the Ocean and the Earth

In 2003, agnès b. and her son Etienne acquired the schooner Tara, a floating laboratory in the service of scientific knowledge of the ocean. The Tara Ocean Foundation has carried out numerous scientific and artistic expeditions in collaboration with internationally reknown laboratories, including in Japan Tsukuba University, Kyoto University and also Tokyo University of the Arts. The Tara Ocean foundation is also partnering with several  international institutions such as UNESCO. Now led by Etienne Bourgois and Romain Troublé , nephew of Agnès.
We will come back on the genesis and the founding pillars of Tara while looking at how Tara has been placed at the forefront of agnès b. mission-based business, in the organisation worldwide and a focus on Japan.  We will also look at how the TOF  has a vocation to partner  in order to further develop local projects in Japan and help outside organisations embrace that sustainability challenge, embrace the future.
