Steven Bleistein, Relansa, Inc., CEO

Steven Bleistein, CEO and Founder of Relansa, Inc., and author of Rapid Organizational Change, is one of those rare international experts who bridges Western and Japanese business thinking to help leaders create new realities for their businesses. Fluent in Japanese and French, Steve has attracted clients from businesses in Japan such as Adidas, Michelin, AXA Direct, Vilmorin, Merck Serono, Danone, and AIG Group to name a few. Working with leaders and their teams, Steve helps both Japanese and international companies create their own new realities.

Under Steve’s leadership, Relansa holds both Bienfaiteur and Corporate Sustaining level memberships for the French and American Chambers of Commerce in Japan respectively.

Steve holds a PhD in computer science and engineering from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina in the United States.

Born in Mazamet, France, Bernard Delmas joins Michelin France in 1979 after graduating with a MBA from HEC Paris and completing his studies from the University of San Paolo. Six years later, he joins Nihon Michelon Tire Co. in Japan. He becomes President in 2007 and Chairman in 2015.

He is currently Corporate Advisor for Michelin and is in parallel a member at the Board of Directors for Ichikoh Co, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan respectively. 

Bernard Delmas was President of the French Chamber from 2010 to 2018 and Ambassador of Visit Japan in 2009. He was appointed Knight of the Legion of Honour in 2012.
