Jérôme Bruhat has been with the L’Oréal Group for 30 years, in marketing and general management positions, in France, Belgium, Germany, Japan, and the USA. Since July 2015, he serves as President and Representative Director at Nihon L’Oréal. The company employs more than 2,500 employees, covering manufacturing, research, sales and marketing of beauty products for 20 brands, including Lancôme, Shu Uemura, Kiehl’s, Yves Saint Laurent, La Roche-Posay, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York and Kerastase.
