Sean Beale is a Senior Manager at Plus Curiosity, a Tokyo-based boutique placemaking, real estate consultancy and creative studio partnering with global luxury brands and world-class developers across Japan and beyond.

Sean heads the research and strategy arm of the business, driving projects spanning retail vision development, market positioning, and consumer insight across Asia and the Middle East.

His recent work includes retail strategy for major mixed-use developments such as Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan in Shanghai with Swire Properties, and The Mukaab in Riyadh under Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. In Japan, Sean has headed qualitative research studies into the ultra-high-net-worth consumer in Tokyo to uncover the deeper motivations, decision-making patterns, and evolving identities of this demographic. It is from this research that the seminars talk draws its insights.
