After graduating from university, Chizu joined a company specializing in educational travel, as a sales rep also provided local support as a tour conductor from consulting sales for study abroad and homestays. Through planning and proposing programs that touch different cultures, she found it rewarding to develop global citizens. She moved her playing field to Temple University's Japan Campus and expand her efforts to develop global citizens, including the recruiting activities such as operation of open campuses, not only for Japanese people but also for students from all over the world. She met Dale Carnegie Training during a training program for Temple University staff, became interested in Dale Carnegie training, and joined the company as a consultant in 2017. She provides learning, awareness, and excitement that she has felt to business professionals in various companies.  After that, she obtained a trainer qualification from Dale Carnegie, while concurrently working as a consultant, she conducted training from the customer's point of view from the consultant's point of view. She has studied narration in the past and she is playing a role in Dale Carnegie's podcast. She also has sales manager experience at French company and is well versed in French corporate culture. In her private life, she has a high level of passion for food and drink, and she has acquired a British wine qualification. Born in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.
