Hiroshi Fujikawa has been working for Kirin since 1987. After getting an MBA degree at Cornell University, he was involved in multiple M&A projects in Kirin and worked as one of top management in invested companies in Australia, Singapore, and Myanmar. In 2017, he took a position as general manager of human resources, then spent three years at the Japan Football Association. In 2022, he became general manager in charge of the “Creating Shared Values” (CSV) Strategy Department, to make the Kirin group a recognized global leader of CSV companies.

Kirin is one of the largest beverage companies in Japan.
