COVID-19: IFC holdings K.K. provides surgical masks

IFC holdings K.K. operates pharmacies in Asia (Japan, Tokyo & Cambodia, Singapore) as medical professionals in these areas. Some prefectures in Japan, & corporations have requested IFC to look for masks due to the insurgent COVID19.

Masks detail is as below:

• Surgical Mask

The surgical mask is 3-ply made of Polypropylene Spun-bond and Melt-blown non-woven fabrics with an adjustable nose strip and an elastic ear-loop, figure 1 below displays a surgical mask. The masks are loose-fitted and disposable, it should be replaced when damp. The mask covers mouth and nose while ensuring a minimum gap between the face and mask for efficient bacterial filtration. The masks are splash resistant and are compliant with EN 14683, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The nose strip has a PE wire that is metal free and the ear-loop is made of latex-free flat elastic.

Specification

According to the Nelson lab test, the masks have a 99% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE). Table 1 below is a list of the specifications:
