The conference is part of the Business Leaders Forum, a series of events bringing together experts across various sectors to discuss emerging industry challenges and opportunities. PROGRAM :

Panel 1: Nuclear and Hydrogen:

Explores how nuclear and hydrogen can work together in Japan’s decarbonization strategy. EDF will highlight nuclear’s role in supporting renewables, while others discuss hydrogen production, including via nuclear. Speakers include EDF, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and NEDO, with input sought from experts in Hauts-de-France.

 

Panel 2: Grid Flexibility and Storage Solutions:

Focus on strengthening Japan’s grid with battery storage, interconnectors, and smarter regulation. Contributors may include TotalEnergies, Veolia, Schneider, and Energy Pool. Société Générale will join for insights on interconnector financing.

11,000 yens for non-members
