A Neuroscience-driven Approach to Emotional Intelligence & Inclusion

Date : April 15, 2026 (Wed) | Time: 2PM - 3:30PM

Language: Japanese

Overview

In today’s multicultural and high-pressure workplace, inclusive leadership is no longer a “nice to have”. It is a strategic capability linked directly to retention, engagement, innovation, and team performance.

This session blends neuroscience with emotional intelligence to help leaders understand why inclusion matters for the brain, what gets in the way, and how to build practical habits that create psychologically safe, connected, and empowered teams.

Designed for people leaders and HR professionals, this training offers a refreshing, human-centered lens: simple brain-based strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve team culture, reduce friction, and strengthen collaboration across backgrounds, generations, and functions.
