Have you ever had the feeling that miscommunication was getting in the way of efficient work? That you did not always understand how best to talk to your coworkers? That with some of your colleagues daily work and communication were very easy, while with others they were more difficult – up to the point that they were best avoided? Good communication is a pillar of performance in a company, and the key to harmonious and productive work relationships. The widely successful Everything DiSC® methodology helps you map your behavior style, understand other’s preferred style, and find common ground for optimal communication.

Objectives:

  • understand interpersonal behaviors
  • identify your own behavior style
  • understand DiSC, the four basic behavior types: Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness and Steadiness
  • develop strategies for success

Prior to the training, each participant will have to fulfill an on-line questionnaire to identify his/her preferred behavioral style. The individual analysis will be delivered during the seminar.
