The Entrepreneur Committee of the French Chamber is back with a new event entitled "Building a business in Japan: tips and advices for entrepreneurs" on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at the new offices of Servcorp, opened in March, with Fabrice Schindler, Founder and CEO, and Philippe Grall, Founder of équilibre k.k.
On this occasion, both speakers will share their experiences: Fabrice Schindler will developp the importance of planning while Philippe Grall will introduce the core components of leadership necessary for entrepreneurs. Then, a networking session will follow the seminar for participants to meet and exchange tips and advices.
About the speakers
Fabrice Schindler, Founder and CEO of Passot
Fabrice Schindler started his career in sales at Sprintex, a fabric converter based in Lyon, France, selling fabric to the “Sentier” in Paris. After 3 years, he was headhunted by Carreman, an automotive and fashion fabric maker, to start a new fabric converter company. He ended, developing export markets and building Carreman’s Asia export market.
After 5 years, still in Carreman, he participated to ETP (Executive Training Program) a EU sponsored program and came to Japan on the purpose of building a Japanese joint venture. 2 years later, at the age of 32, he started Passot KK, a retail creative and production agency that he is running since then.
Philippe Grall, Founder of équilibre k.k.
Philippe Grall has more than 30 years studies and experience in personal development, and 20 year business experience (sales, marketing and training) including 17 years in Japan. He was responsible for international corporate communication, international internet strategy and overseas training program at Autobacs Seven Co. Ltd. (Worldwide leader in Automotive aftermarket). He founded équilibre.k.k in 2006 and have since more than 6000 hours of individual and group coaching of more than 500 Top Executives in Tokyo.
Living in Japan since 2000, Philippe Grall speaks French, English and Japanese.
