Building employee satisfaction

L'événement est terminé.

In an increasingly tense job market, it has become critical for companies to listen to the aspirations of their current and prospective employees. Salary and reputation are not enough - highly-courted millennials are asking for better work-life balance and meaningful jobs, and Japan is no exception. Not only is satisfaction at work the key to ensuring staff retention, it is also a necessary step to employee engagement and overall performance improvement. But what changes can CEOs and HR Directors bring to their organization to help build this employee satisfaction? Grégory Dancs, President and Representative Director of NAOS Japan, and Yoshihiro Morita, Vice President, HR, Japan/Korea/Thailand at American Express, will give examples of successfully implemented measures including flexible working practices.

Grégory DANCS

Since May 2017 in Japan, Mr. Gregory Dancs has been running 2 skincare brands (Bioderma & Esthederm) belonging to Naos Group, one of the biggest independent beauty and personal care companies. He joined Naos Middle East in 2014 based in Dubai to handle the Gulf countries business.
Like many executives, Gregory thinks that making employees happy about their job content and working environment is a key driver of a company performance and its retention policy, especially in the competitive Japanese labor market. He will share the learnings and tips gained throughout his experiences as well as how managers can build committed teams and employee satisfaction.
