Methodology: The Climate Fresk, a dynamic climate change education and team-building workshop with over a million participants in 100+ countries, was originally created in France. It introduces the core science of climate change. Guided by experienced facilitators, participants engage in thought-provoking discussions on actionable steps. Using a card-based approach rooted in scientific reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), we delve into the causes and consequences of the climate crisis. By the end, participants are motivated to actively contribute to environmental efforts, driving companies to develop and execute ambitious sustainability action plans.
This Climate Fresk workshop is delivered by Asuene Academy and follows the official format licensed by the Climate Fresk Association.

- Minami Shinohara, Asuene Academy : As a seasoned sustainability educator and facilitator, Minami's background in human resources strongly reinforces her dedication to advancing sustainability education. With extensive experience in leading Climate Fresk workshops for both Japanese and French companies in Japan, she holds the prestigious Climate Fresk "Green Belt" certification.
- Sakura Hamaoka, Asuene Academy : Sakura is a certified Climate Fresk facilitator from Japan, having pursued studies in human ecology in Europe. Her profound enthusiasm for promoting climate literacy is evident through her extensive experience with the Climate Fresk, spanning numerous sessions and diverse participant profiles.
