DIVERSITY AS STRATEGY
ADVANCING FEMALE LEADERSHIP IN EUROPEAN COMPANIES ACROSS JAPAN

Date : March 5, 2026 (Thu) | Time: 18:00 - 20:00

Location :
Dassault Systèmes - Tokyo Osaki Office
ThinkPark Tower 20F, 2-1-1, Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan is pleased to host a panel discussion, in partnership with Dassault Systèmes and TDC Global, on advancing diversity as a strategy across Japan.

PANEL DISCUSSION OVERVIEW

In a context of talent scarcity, rapid transformation, and rising stakeholder expectations, gender diversity has become a strategic driver of performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. For European companies operating in Japan, the question is no longer whether to act, but how to turn diversity commitments into measurable leadership outcomes.

This session positions female leadership as a business strategy rather than a compliance exercise. It explores how European organizations can build inclusive leadership pipelines in Japan while navigating local organizational norms and decision-making dynamics.

Join industry leaders and experts for a forward-looking discussion focused on practical strategies, leadership accountability, and concrete actions to advance female leadership and reinforce organizational competitiveness across Japan.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Sarah LIU, Founder and Managing Director of TDC Global.

Following the panel, there will be an interactive Q&A session that provides insights and actionable strategies for professionals at all levels.
