Hyojae CHUNGMedical Excellence Lead, Novartis

Based in Tokyo, HyoJae Chung is a Medical Excellence Lead at Novartis, a Swiss pharmaceutical company. She began her career as a market researcher at a Swiss fast-moving consumer goods company before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry and joining Novartis’ Medical Excellence team in 2024. After completing a women’s leadership development program in partnership with TDC, HyoJae has been actively pursuing an international career. She recently completed an international assignment in Switzerland, where she led the efforts for a globally driven, innovative AI project.
