Gala Kansai 2023

We are pleased to announce that the 2023 CCI France Japon Kansai Gala Party will take place on Tuesday, November 7th, at 18:15, at the Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto.

Every year since 2013, the Kansai Gala Party celebrates gastronomy, culture and French art de vivre in Kansai area. This year will be organized in partnership with Paris Region.

We are pleased to welcome four chefs from Paris this year. Nicolas Beauman from the two-Michelin-starredrestaurant "Maison Rostang," Matthias Marc from the one-Michelin-starred restaurant "Substance," Tom Meyer from "Granite" who has earned one Michelin star and received the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) title, and Erwan Ledru from the one-Michelin-starred restaurant “Contraste”. Coordinated by Eclore group, the four chefs will collaborate to create a special menu exclusively for this one-night event.

Fujiyama Taijyu

Taijyu Fujiyama is one of the few successors of Japanese classical magic called "TEZUMA."

In 2014, he became an Asian champion of the Magic, and the next year he participated in the World Magic Competition called "FISM" as the Japanese representative and won fifth place.
In 2019, he got the "Rookie of the year award" in the National Arts Festival.
Now, his activities have been taken up by much media and he performs in various countries around the world to convey the charm of Japanese
