Hogan Assessment Event - Bridging Perspectives: Leadership Lessons from France and Japan
Langue(s) de l'événement
English
An exclusive evening in Tokyo with CCIFJ and Hogan, exploring French and Japanese leadership styles through data-driven insight.
CCI France Japon, in collaboration with Hogan Assessments, invites you to a special evening of cross-cultural leadership insights, meaningful exchange, and collaborative networking.
At this event, Hogan Assessments will share key insights from their extensive database, comparing the personalities and leadership styles of Japanese and French executives. While these two cultures approach leadership differently, our findings reveal surprising points of convergence in values, decision-making, and team collaboration.
This session, delivered by Hogan’s Chief Science Officer, Dr. Ryne Sherman, will offer HR decision-makers, leadership teams, and global executives a fresh, evidence-based perspective on what it takes to lead effectively across cultures. Rather than a formal lecture, the goal is to spark reflection and conversation. Following a concise presentation, you are invited to continue the discussion during the networking session, exploring together how cultural perspectives on leadership can enhance collaboration in today’s global business environment.
What to expect:
- Exclusive findings on the leadership styles of French and Japanese executives
- Practical insights on how personality differences influence leadership approaches and team performance
- Guidance on adapting leadership strategies to foster stronger cross-cultural collaboration
