INFORMATION AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES COMMITTEE

The French Chamber of Commerce in Japan has the pleasure to inform you about the next Information and New Technology committee event, with two presentations:

• After being deployed for B2C purposes by many telecom carriers across the globe, 5G and IoT are recently attracting attention from businesses. Despite rich promises, the 5G networks did not deliver that many new services to the general public, but what if the revolution was more intended to transform the B2B market… Let us take this new opportunity to have a better understanding of those technologies and what they mean for enterprises.

• The Internet of Things is a failure. It has failed blatantly in the BtoC sector, for several reasons : lack of volume, high cost, and now supply chain issues due to COVID and the war in Ukraine. However, bespoke, massive IoT solutions have made their way to successfully transform from the inside business models of even the most traditional industries : utilities, cleaning, leasing just to name a few. Come explore with us how massive IoT can bring a competitive edge to your business and revolutionize your industry.
