MANAGER AS PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY CHAMPION
Date: February 5, 2026 (Thu) | Time: 9AM - 12:30PM
Language: Japanese
Psychological safety is not simply about being “nice” or “easy to talk to.” It is a foundation for team performance, growth, and engagement.
In this course, managers learn how to act as Psychological Safety Champions—leaders who foster trust, encourage open dialogue, and empower team members to speak up, take risks, and learn from mistakes.
The program is grounded in the timeless principles found in How to Win Friends and Influence People and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. These Dale Carnegie principles, practiced worldwide for over 100 years, are translated into practical approaches that fit today’s workplace and leadership challenges.
By creating an environment where people feel safe to contribute and grow, managers can build teams that achieve sustainable results and strong engagement.
- Understand what psychological safety is and why it directly impacts team performance
- Reflect on how a manager’s words, attitudes, and behaviors influence the team
- Learn trust-building communication based on Dale Carnegie principles
- Discover how to create an environment where ideas and concerns can be shared safely
- Identify clear, practical actions that can be applied immediately in the workplace
