Module 2 Training Objective:
Leadership is a lifelong journey that begins with self-awareness & discovery. During this module, the participants will learn how to lead self through understanding the importance of EQ and adapting the characteristics of an effective leader. In the next step, they will focus on managing & developing high-performing teams and capitalising on diversity. On the second day, they will learn how to manage in a hybrid work environment, understand the importance of trust & psychological safety in the post-pandemic landscape as well as discover how to manage remote teams.
