Tarif : Price per module:
-CCFIJ members: 300,000 JPY (tax excluded),
-Non-members 350,000 JPY (tax excluded)

Cancellation requests must be confirmed by email to the CCIFJ and:
- Will be accepted if the CCIFJ receives them more than 45 days before the beginning of the module.
- 100 % of the training tuition fees will be paid to the CCIFJ if the CCIFJ receives the cancellation request less than 45 days before the beginning of the module.
After the beginning of the training course, cancellation requests or absences will involve the payment to the CCIFJ of the totality of the training tuition fees. If a registered participant cannot attend a specific module, the subscribed company can send a substitute.

Module 5 Global Manager Program: Innovation & Agility

Module 5 Training Objective:

The most innovative companies in the world know how to successfully navigate the challenges of developing new ideas, solutions, and products in a continouesly changing environment. The goal of this module is to explore human-centered design thinking. Participants will be introduced to the notion of design innovation through creative approaches to problem solving and creating value. The session will also provide an opportunity to practice design thinking through group works, hands-on games & excercises, team presentations and debriefs. The second part of the module will focus on agile mindset including discovering Agile methodology and principles. The participants will understand what does an agile workplace look like and how to cultivate a mindset agility as a business leader.

Target Audience:

Designed for both emerging leaders identified for promotion or stepping into new managerial roles which may involve broader responsibilities as well as for experienced managers to refresh and enhance their skills in light of increasingly complex business environment.

Day 1 Agenda:

CREATING VALUE WITH A DESIGN MINDSET
-Learn to design innovations that create value for customer by identify and solve complex problems using a design thinking approach

EXPLORING THE UNKNOWN TO INNOVATE
-Discover in practice how Lego Serious Play can unlock hidden capabilities and knowledge to
innovate
-Exploit the Value Proposition Canvas to design and test a product or service that customers want

Day 2 Agenda:

MASTERING THE INNOVATION PROCESS
-Learn how innovation can be systematized using agile methods to enable iterate and incremental

 

Your Professor:

Jan Ondrus, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Information Systems, Decision Sciences & Statistics Chair Professor of Digital Disruption. He holds an MSc and a PhD in Information Systems from HEC Lausanne (University of Lausanne) in Switzerland. His research examines the strategic role of information technology in the development of digital ecosystems. He is particularly interested in the disruptive and transformative aspect of digital technology for business model innovation and social impact.
