The training will help you develop awareness about D&I, Unconscious bias and the mindset to incorporate it into your daily behaviors.
Training objectives:
The training will help you develop awareness about D&I and the mindset to incorporate it into daily behaviors. You will learn how to effectively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds & orientations and understand how inclusion can stimulate effectiveness & growth. You will also learn to recognize and remove barriers in order to promote a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. The training will help you to increase awareness on unconscious bias, stereotype threat as barriers to D&I and gain insight into own biases and behaviors.
Methodology:
Deep-learning approach enriched with psychological theories and hands-on experience which can be applied directly to daily work. Encouraging insights from self-reflection as well as an interactive learning journey.
