Training Objectives:
The training will help you to understand how to best identify a problem and learn practical problem-solving methods. It heavily emphasizes the right mindset to deal with various problems that may arise, improving communication to work well with your team to solve problems. It will also introduce you to the “OODA approach”, which will effectively guide you through the steps to solve a problem or reform an organization.
Methodology:
Deep-learning approach enriched with psychological theories and hands-on experience which can be applied directly to daily work. Encouraging insights from self-reflection as well as an interactive learning journey.
