For cancellation made one week before the training, we would ask you to send a substitute, otherwise we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the previous day and the day of the seminar will be fully charged.

THE DARUMA VISION WORKSHOP

KEY OBJECTIVES
- Get clarity in ‘who you are’ and reinforce commitment to your goals.
- Prime you brain for success with science-based approach.
- Discover what truly drives your team, and see their potential.
The workshop blends Japanese cultural practices with a neuroscience-based approach to goal achievement.
Participants will engage in guided visualizations, reflective exercises, pair and group conversations with guided prompts, and a Daruma Doll ritual to anchor intentions.
It’s designed to engage leaders and their teams in a powerful team-building experience. Instead of planning every step and forcing more “doing,” you’ll learn to shift at the identity level, or “being”, letting your actions flow naturally.
WORKSHOP STRUCTURE:
- Step 1: See The Leader Within Follow a guided visualization to see your success vividly and shift from “maybe” to “inevitable.”
- Step 2: Celebrate Like It’s Done Pre-celebrate your wins with others to activate and prime your brain for success.
- Step 3: Reverse-engineer Your Success Ask powerful questions to reverse-engineer your success and gain new insights.
- Step 4: Anchor Your Intentions Fill in both eyes of the Daruma doll to commit fully to your goals. Step 5: Reflect and Integrate Wrap up with a reflection to absorb key insights and turn them into clear next steps.
