One of the most challenging roles of a manager is to set ambitious yet realistic goals to their team and reward them in a fair and motivating manner. Assessing performance and giving regular assessments is not only a corporate necessity, it is increasingly required by the employees themselves in a world where technology has made instant feedback and ratings the norm. But how do you set reasonable objectives that still meet your company targets? How do you communicate them to get employees’ engagement? And what do you do when you have to deliver negative feedback?

Based on a mix of lecture and role-playing, this training is designed for anyone who wishes to learn practical methods for enhancing the performance of the team that he or she leads.
