Conflict is inevitable in any given group, and your workplace is no different. Research shows what your intuition already tells you: better relationships lead to a healthier and more productive work environment… and healthier staff!
Pause one moment and ask yourself: can you afford unresolved conflicts? Lately, organizations are becoming more diverse, and a more diverse environment can lead to more innovation and growth for your organization. However, this only happens when communication is handled well, when trust is happening and ideas are flourishing. Simply put: healthy conflicts are needed. So how do you turn a negative conflict into a healthy one?

This seminar will be conducted by Patrick Laudon, Founder and Managing Director of LifeCrack LLC. As an Executive coach, a lot of the work Patrick does with his clients happens to be about relational conflicts. In this workshop, you will learn practical frameworks to help you having better conversations by deepening your knowledge about conflicts, acquiring a practical framework for non-violent communication, the basics of mediation… and know yourself a little more, through practice and reflection.
