As a foreigner, working in a Japanese environment is both an exciting and puzzling experience. If you feel that you could use some help in improving your intercultural communication skills, understanding your Japanese colleagues better and promoting a respectful and efficient work environment, this training is for you.
In this program, non-Japanese executives and staff will deepen their understanding of the Japanese culture, values, business manners, attitudes and communication ways.

By sharing their experiences, the participants will learn what “Do’s & Don’ts” are in a multicultural business situation. They will feel more comfortable and confident about their communication in their daily work life.
This seminar will be led by Dr. Jean-Jacques LE GOFF, former Senior VP of Nissan, and a specialist in cross-cultural management.
