The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan invites you to its next webinar on Monday, April 20, 2020 where Hans-Peter Musahl, tax partner and Balazs Nagy, associate partner at EY, will share their opinion about related Japanese tax considerations facing the COVID-19 crisis.

This webcast will first explain about the COVID-19 related tax reform proposal and its expected impact on tax payers.  We will also discuss additional potential tax considerations which are relevant in the current disruptive business environment.

About the speaker

Hans-Peter Musahl is an EY tax partner

He joined EY in 2006 and is resident in Tokyo since 1995.

German Tax Accountant and Attorney-at-Law and lecturer for international tax at Keio University, Tokyo, chairing the Tax Committee of the European Business Council  in Japan

Hans-Peter has an in-depth experience of advising multinational investors in Japan regarding  the taxation of  in inbound and cross-border transactions, M&A.

 

Balazs Nagy is an Associate Partner at EY

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)

He joined EY in 2007 and has more than 15 years experience in Japan

He works for the Business Tax Advisory team at EY advising mainly inbound clients on Japanese tax matters.
