About the speakers

Floriane Tripolino - CEO & Representative Director of Publicis Groupe Japan

After graduating CELSA – Paris Sorbonne University, she started her career at BBDO in 1997 and worked in different agency networks including Y&R, JWT and Publicis.

The passion she has for brands has been sharpened and strengthened on the many FMCG Brands she has worked on: Pepsi, Masterfoods, Danone, Kraft, Kellogg’s, J&J and P&G to name a few.

In August 2014, she joined Publicis Worldwide as Executive Vice President, Head of Global Clients – APAC. She closely worked for Global Brands like Citibank, AXA, Sanofi, L’Oreal, Heineken and especially P&G.

In January 2017, she was appointed Managing Director of Publicis One Japan and more recently CEO of Publicis Groupe Japan.

Kristina Cook - Managing Partner, Mindshare Japan

Kristina has twenty years’ media experience across both local and global media roles. She began her career in Sydney working across a range of client categories including automotive, luxury, FMCG and finance. In 2005, Kristina moved to the UK and has worked for GroupM since 2007. Kristina has worked on the global remit for IHG, Barclays Global Investors, Sony Ericsson, UKTI, NVIDIA and Volvo Cars. Kristina moved to Tokyo in May 2017 and is currently the Managing Partner for Mindshare Japan. Her clients include Mondelez, Apple, Nespresso, Tourism New Zealand and EA Games among others.
