Naomi Yamakawa
Partner, McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo

Naomi is McKinsey’s leader of consumer insights for Asia-Pacific, supporting clients on consumer driven growth. She has lead McKinsey’s COVID-19 related insights efforts for Asia-Pacific, as well as a recent initiative on GenZ.
She has extensive experience in retail and consumer goods, with focus on branding / segmentation / insights driven product and service development.
Co-leads McKinsey’s diversity & inclusion for Japan; leader of gender parity initiative(« All In ») , and is also the Japan leader for LGBT+ Allyship.
Maya Horii
Partner, McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo

Maya is McKinsey’s leader of Organization Practice and Public Sector in Japan. She works with public and private sectorinstitutions on talent management, organizational transformation, and capability building.
Prior to coming back to Japan in 2018, she worked in the McKinsey US Offices for more than 12 years.
Co-leads McKinsey’s diversity & inclusion effort in particular the All In (gender parity) initiative.
