The Women in Business Committee of the French Chamber invites you to the next webinar, where Catherine Delhaye, Valeo Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer but also leading the gender diversity program in Valeo will share her experience as a senior executive woman, together with Mathilde Boisson, Valeo Japan and Asean Purchasing Director, and Noriko Carpentier-Tominaga, General Manager, CEFJ (Comité d’Echanges Franco-Japonais), both co-president of the committee.

Diversity is a key challenge. Today, Covid 19 has made us go through a completely new experience.

All say, it is probably a moment of changes and opportunities with impact on both our private and business lives: What do you think as a business executive, as a parent, as a spouse, as a human being? Do you foresee positive changers for gender diversity?

Following the presentation, we would like to exchange on what is your expectation from such a Committee.
