Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture is a French corporate and M&A lawyer, co-founder and Managing Partner of LPA Singapore, as well as APFL Partners in Vietnam, overseeing the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices.

With more than 20 years of experience, he advises on complex cross-border transactions across ASEAN and beyond. Arnaud has practiced in three jurisdictions – Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), France (Paris) and Singapore – and assists multinational companies with their regional expansion particularly in Singapore, Vietnam and the Indochina region. With a deep understanding of Asian markets, he supports clients in structuring and executing their cross-border investments.
