Jacques Beltran, Deputy CEO of ADIT began his career at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) and EADS before being appointed Diplomatic Advisor to the French Minister of Transport. He later joined ALSTOM, where he held several roles, including VP Public Affairs, SVP Europe & Asia, and SVP Sales France. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Deputy Director General of the Île-de-France region, managing European funds, international partnerships, and tourism, before transitioning to Dassault Systèmes as Managing Director of the “Cities and Public Services" business unit. He studied at Sciences-Po, the Saint-Cyr Military Academy, and INSEAD.
