Jochem Kühnle is a highly skilled automotive engineer with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He earned his double MBA degree in International Marketing from Reutlingen University and Eastern Michigan University and holds a diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aalen University of Applied Science.
Throughout his career, Jochem has professional experience in the US, Germany as well as Japan and Asia Pacific area. He played a key role in the sales & business development of Dana Japan which specializes in drive and motion systems, thermal and sealing technologies. Jochem’s expertise spans from thermal products, cooling, and heating systems as well as advanced manufacturing processes. He is passionate about transformation, often collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge automotive solutions from concept to production.
Besides working, Jochem is an active member of ESB Alumni Group Yokohama/Tokyo as well as a member of the German Chamber for Commerce in Japan. Jochem frequently presents at industry conferences or exhibitions.
