Tsuyoshi Yamada is responsible for origination and commercial development for renewable PPA and balancing in the Japanese power market. He brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, M&A, due diligence, negotiations, and team management across the onshore and offshore wind energy industry in Japan, Korea, Nordic countries and Europe. Prior to joining InCommodities in 2025, Tsuyoshi spent six years at Equinor as Lead Business Developer and Project Manager, focused on offshore wind in the Japanese market. Earlier in his career, he held investment and financing roles at Daiwa Energy and Infrastructure and Daiwa PI Partners, and spent over eight years at Eurus Energy Holdings, including a posting in Helsinki focused on business development in the Nordic market.

Tsuyoshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University and completed the Negotiation Excellence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
